EXTERNAL BRUSHING AND PAINTING MACHINE FOR PRESSURE DRUMS.
Loose paint, rust and dirt on the cylindrical part of a tank/ drum will be removed by means of steel wire brushing as the tank is rotating in horizontal position.The inside of the tank ”foot ring” will be suspended by 2 rollers on each side.
The machine is supplied with:
- Floor frame.
- 2 side supports with motor and rollers for rotation.
- Adjustable drum support.
- Turning motor.
- 1 brush motor with circular steel wire brush.
- 1 brush motor travel arrangement. Adjustable travel speed.
- Protective grating with interlocked door.
- Tools for manual painting.
- Capacity: 1 drum with diameter 800 mm and length up to 2000 mm.
- Loading: By means of a forklift.
