PRESSURE TESTING UNIT FOR 4 GAS CYLINDERS - Ø300mm/H1800mm

Pressure testing unit for efficient and safe handling of seamless gas cylinders.

- Electric operated Inverter with pneumatic operated cylinder clamp. - Suppplied with control panel and safety grating.
- Movable beam for suspension of Filling- and Test heads. Automatic controlled. Will improve the handling of Filling- and Test heads.

To be used together with: Test heads (M200-203-xxx), Water fill heads (M210-000), Emptying nozzles (M519-000).

   •   Proof pressure testing.
   •   Test pressure up to 450 bar (higher test pressure is available on request).
   •   Cylinder diameter Ø 140-300 mm.
   •   Cylinder height 700-1800 mm.

Operation:
Connect water fill head
Start water filling
Connect test head and start pressure test
Upend gas cylinders
Emptying.
