PRESSURE TEST UNIT - COAXIAL FILLING AND TEST HEAD SYSTEM

The same adaptor is used both for filling and for pressure testing.

Operation: connect water fill and test head / start water filling / pressure test / upend gas cylinders / emptying.

- Electric operated Inverter with pneumatic operated cylinder clamp.
- High capacity water filling pump with manual start and stop.
- Stainless steel water catch tray / reservoir, to collect and reuse water.
- Stainless steel high pressure ball valves, remote controlled.
- Water fill and pressure test system with valves, tubes and hoses.
- Coaxial fill and test heads (M682-608-001) and nozzles (M519-000) for emptying.
- Recommended test pump: M647-698-860 (not included).

Capacity: 6 seamless gas cylinders.
Proof pressure testing.
Test pressure: Up to 450 bar.
Cylinder diameter: 230-270 mm.
Cylinder height: 700-1800 mm.
Estimated fill time: 6x50 litre: 2,5-3 min (connecting time not included).
